Print double-sided and in black and white
Reuse single sided printed materials for internal documents or as note paper

LIFE CYCLE APPROACHES
We will use sustainable life-cycle approaches to reduce, recycle, reuse food, energy, chemicals and waste-management.
Where printing is unavoidable
The event will be planned with attention to detail that embodies the circular sustainable economy eg recycled/recyclable consumables, and furniture.
ZERO WASTE
No food waste. We minimize waste though careful planning and purchasing.
Where possible, we organize, through the caterers, to donate excess food.
We provide recyclable carry-away boxes for guests and staff to avoid food wastage.
We avoid the use of single-use plastic packaging.
We use only biodegradable cups and plates/trays, and eliminate single use plastics
NO SINGLE - USE PLASTIC IN LINE WITH SUSTAINABILITY GUIDELINES
We will have water dispensers around the course, avoiding the use of single use plastic water bottles.
We will offer drinks in recycled paper cups.
We will sell reusable water bottles as part of the collateral/merchandise.
We will have no single use/ plastic-wrapped food, candy and products.
Drawstring bags and/or corporate giveaway bags will be recyclable.
Our tents were primarily made from from hard composite and glass, as opposed to PVC plastic
